The first step to producing good raisins is growing quality grapes in the vineyards. Grape farming is a year-round commitment and includes the practices of pruning, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control. Most of the work done in these vineyards is still done by hand.
Our state of the art processing facility can process and store a maximum of 14,000 tons of raisins each year. Once the raisins arrive at the facility they are thoroughly inspected, sorted and stored at ambient temperature up until process time. The process line consist of a number of phases to ensure the best quality product.
